How does the 30-day free trial work?
If you cancel a paid plan within 30 days of signing up you won't be charged at all. If you continue using a paid plan after the initial 30 days, you will be charged the monthly rate each month thereafter. If you cancel your account in the future, you won't be charged again. However, we cannot issue refunds for any unused portions of the month for which you've paid.
For example, let's say you sign up for the "Small" plan on May 10th. On June 9th, if you don't cancel the account, you would be charged $5.95. On July 9th, if you are still using the account, you would again be charged $5.95. If you cancel the account on July 21st, you would not be billed again thereafter.
Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade from free plan to paying at a later date?
You sure do. All paid plans get 30 days to try things out. We believe in letting folks try things out before having to pay for them.
Do you offer a discount if I pay a year in advance?
Not at this time. We prefer to keep the billing as simple to manage as our web site is to use:-)
Can I change plans at any time?
Sure. You can upgrade or downgrade any time you want. Any changes in billing will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. So if you want to save a few dollars, wait until right before the next billing cycle to downgrade, and wait until right after the next billing cycle to upgrade.
Where can we review your terms of service and privacy policies?
