By using the paybackable.com web site (“Service”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

Paybackable.com reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service at any time without notice. Any new features added to the Service shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Description

Paybackable.com is an internet service that helps companies and their employees easily track and get reimbursed for out of pocket and mileage expenses.

Conditions of use:

Your use of the Service is subject to the following conditions. Violation of any of the conditions below may result in the immediate termination of your account from Paybackable.

  1. You must be 13 years or older to use this Service. If you are under 13 and are incurring out of pocket expenses on behalf of an employer, you have bigger problems than not being able to use this service.
  2. Only human beings are allowed to use the Service. No accounts created by bots, scripts, other automated methods or alien life forms are permitted.
  3. Account logins may only apply to a single person. Shared logins are not permitted.
  4. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login information. Paybackable will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to secure your login information.
  5. You understand and accept that use of this Service is at your own risk
  6. You understand and accept that the Service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis.
  7. You understand and accept that Paybackable does not warrant that the service:
    1. Is always available. We will do our best to keep the service up and running, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
    2. Is free of bugs or other defects. Again, we will do our best to fix issues as they are identified, but we can't guarantee that the software runs perfectly. We do, however, aspire to have it run better than the competition:-)
    3. Is 100% secure. However, we do use industry standard security measures to protect your information. For example, all account password are stored in an encrypted format that even we, Paybackable, cannot access.
  8. Use of this service to generate or distribute unsolicited email is not only forbidden, but it would seriously tick us off. Don’t even try.
  9. You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You can't blame the dog.
  10. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). However, we make no provisions for laws of fashion - dress as you like.
  11. Any form or abuse or intimidation (written, verbal, physical, implied or otherwise) is strictly prohibited. Be nice, be professional...or be booted.
  12. You may not modify, adapt or hack the Service. And please don't hurt its feelings.
  13. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission of Paybackable.com
  14. You expressly understand and agree that Paybackable.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to the service.
  15. The failure of Paybackable to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Paybackable and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Paybackable (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Modifications to the Service and pricing

  1. Paybackable reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
  2. Paybackable may choose to change pricing for some or all of the Service at any time.
  3. Paybackable shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Payment terms, changing Account plans, and canceling your Account

  1. All paid accounts receive 30 days of free use, after which they are charged for the next 30 days.
  2. Each billing cycle is pre-paid - there are no refunds if you cancel the service mid-month.
  3. All paid accounts must have a vaild credit card number on file
  4. If a payment fails, the company account and all employee accounts will be disabled until a new payment option is provided. If an updated payment option is not provided within 90 days, the account will be deemed cancelled an will be deleted from the system.
  5. You may upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. The new account plan price will be effective at the ate of the next billing cycle.
  6. You may cancel your account at any time. There are no refunds for unused portions of a monthly billing cycle.
  7. All Account cancellations must be made through the Paybackable.com Service. No cancellations will be made through email or by phone.
  8. Upon Account cancellation, all of your data, including any employee data, will be removed from the Service. This process is irreversable. It is recommended that all users under your Account export their full transaction history using one of the supported formats.
